About This Project

McGraw Hill Financial was renamed and repositioned as S & P Global, with the new name, logo, style guide and strategy, the company wanted a way to engage with its worldwide employees for the unveiling.

The Problem

The S & P Global project came out of the renaming and rebranding of McGraw Hill Financial.

This was an internal engagement project geared to getting the 20k world-wide employees talking about and engaging with the new brand and culminating with the launch of the new logo at rolling town halls across the world.


The Process

Working along side designers, I created wireframes for various ideas. Once we settled on a direction, a designer was tasked to work on the UI. In parallel, I sourced and connected with a third party development agency and coordinated with the internal technology department.


The Outcome

For four weeks leading up to the town hall, the site asked the employees to answer a question by either uploading an image or writing something.

There were over 10k unique views and 5k unique posts.
